A 2007 graduate of J.K. Mullen High School (Colo.) • high school coach was Dave Logan • recorded 144 tackles with seven sacks and one interception, which was returned for a score, in 14 games his senior season • posted 76 tackles, nine sacks, two interceptions and scored a touchdown on a kickoff return his junior year • was a 2005 All-Centennial League choice.
